Nice to Meet You
I'm Char (pronounced Shar), nice to meet you! I'm a former C-Suite Executive Assistant turned Organizer who built a career organizing the lives and offices of busy executives. Now, I am decluttering and organizing homes and offices throughout the Hudson Valley. I have also studied Art and Clinical Art Therapy at the Master's Level, and therefore have a deep understanding of psychology and aesthetics. When it comes to creating organized and functional systems, I have tackled it all.
My Practice
I believe that a clear space is the first step towards a clear mind. My practice is empathic, straightforward, realistic (function over perfection), and prioritizes your peace of mind. It is never too late to wipe the slate clean and set the intention. You don't need to prepare your space beforehand- we can get started exactly where you are. I abide by the NAPO Code of Ethics.

Q: What is your rate?
A: Please contact me for pricing information. My contact info can be found at the bottom of this page. I offer special rates for nonprofits and veterans as well.
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can email, call, or DM me on social media to set up a phone or video call consultation. After the consultation, we can then book a session. My contact information is at the bottom of this page.
Q: Where are you located? Do you travel?
A: I am located in Beacon, NY and work primarily in the Hudson Valley. I typically do not work in New York City. The first 30 minutes of travel are free, and after 30 minutes I charge a rate of $25 per half hour.
Q: Will you remove donations from my home?
A: I can take clothing, unopened, unexpired pantry items and unopened, unexpired toiletries from your home and will bring them to a local pantry in Beacon, NY. I cannot take larger, bulkier items to the donation center due to time and space restraints. I can, however, help you load these items into your car and help you find a suitable place to bring them!

A: Usually I cannot work without you, but there are some situations where this can happen successfully! Let's chat about it.

A: I partner with a company that can help with extreme situations. Please reach out to me to see if my partner company is right for you and I can make the connection! I am here to help and can be a support along the way.
